Room - As you enter the lounge / living room you are
greeted with Florida sunshine entering from large windows which
look onto the sparkling pool. There is plenty of space for a large
family and you to have the facilities of a NEW 52" cable
television, DVD player and video player bringing you more entertainment.
This room makes a quite retreat after a long day at the theme
parks. A sliding door lands you in the private pool area which
has been extended and now has a Jacuzzi facility. There is a screened
patio, plenty of pool furniture and a BBQ which you can enjoy
whilst relaxing in the sun by the pool.
Bedrooms - The villa has 6 bedrooms and can
accommodate up to 14 people. Most of the rooms have a walk-in
wardrobe. 2 bedrooms have en-suite facilities, including the master
bedroom which also has a door leading to the pool, providing you
with a secret midnight swim. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge
/ living area.
Bathrooms - In total there are 3 showers, 1 bath and 4 toliets.
Kitchen - The large bar style kitchen has all
the cooking utensils, crockery, dishes and cutlery to satisfy
up to 14 guests. Every appliance you could need is included and
there is a large amount of counter serving space to fulfill everyone's
cooking needs. As well as a bar there is a table so families can
enjoy a meal together. Near the kitchen there are the facilities
of a full size laundry room including a new washing machine.
Garden - Large fenced off garden allowing you to enjoy the sun and a BBQ.
Games Room - A new games room which includes, 8ft Pool Table, Football Table, Dart Board and Playstation.
